• Our minister, Lesley Moseley, will lead our worship today.

• Every Wednesday we have our weekly lunchtime service at 11.30am.
Stay on for tea or coffee. Bring your sandwiches with you if you wish.
Two soup servers are needed for the next soup and sandwich lunch on
Wednesday 13th July.
Please give Alison your name if you can help.

• There will be a meeting of the Ministry to the Church group on Tuesday 5th July at 7pm in the Lounge.

• You are invited to join the third session of the “Everybody welcome” course on Wednesday 6th July at 7.30pm.

• The church officer will be on holiday for the next week.
The building will be open for organisations as usual, but will be closed when not in use. Please make arrangements first if you wish access at other times.

• We will need volunteers to clean the church while the Church Officer is on holiday.

Please add your name to the list on the wall outside the vestry.
Chris would also like help with the cleaning of the large hall curtains.

• Summer Sunday Teas
If you are able to help with teas after the service during the summer, please put your name on the list outside the vestry.

• The charity “Starter Packs” is looking for plastic storage containers and cake or biscuit tins. If you have any you wish to donate, please see David Christie.

• Church Outing: The mystery unfolds!
Remember to keep Thursday 28th July free for our outing. We plan to visit Callander and finish up again at the Kilted Skirlie at Lomond Shores.
Details are on the notice board. Put your name down today to avoid disappointment!

Christian Aid Prayer for the Week
During the week please pray for the people of Zimbabwe where half the population have no access to adequate and safe drinking water.

• There will be a special joint Pentecost service in Giffnock URC involving the four Giffnock churches tonight at 6pm. This will involve lots of singing and will be followed by a barbecue.
Give your name to Maureen Stewart for the barbecue.

• On Wednesday 15th June we will have the second meeting of the “everybody welcome “course which is the course “where everybody helps grow their church”
Please come and join us from 7.30pm till 9pm.

• On Monday 27th June at 7.15/7.30 pm you are invited to “A Taste of Africa” evening in St. Joseph’s Church Clarkston.
This is to mark the end of Refugee Week and is in association with Karibu (which means welcome in Swahili) Scotland, an organisation which provides support for refugees and asylum seekers.
See David Christie if you would like to attend.

• There will be a joint service with the Glasgow South United Reformed churches in Shawlands URC this afternoon at 3.30 for tea/coffee and 4pm for the service.

• Every Wednesday we have our weekly lunchtime service 11.30am.
This Wednesday, 8th June, we have our soup and sandwich lunch at 12.15pm.

• The Bereavement Friendship Group meets on Wednesday 8th June at 7pm.

• Leisure and Learning are holding a coffee morning on Saturday 11th June at 10am. Come and enjoy the company!
