Enjoy our midweek activities!
Every Wednesday we have our weekly lunchtime service 11.30am.
Lunchbite is at 12.15pm.
Leisure and Learning is at 2pm.

Deacons are reminded of their meeting on Wednesday 26th January at 7pm for prayer and 7.30pm for the meeting.

Guild. The Guild will meet on Thursday 27th January when the guest speaker will be Rev Mary Buchanan. There will be a sales table.

Chancel. Publication dates for Chancel will be changing. Details to follow.

Please note:
As agreed at the Church Meeting of 16th January, the A.G.M. will be held after the service on Sunday 20th February, so that it does not clash with Synod.
The minutes of last year’s meeting are on the noticeboard, and in the small hall.

You can recycle your old Christmas cards and stamps. Give them to David Christie for the Preshal Trust, a charity working to help fight poverty, drug and alcohol addiction in Glasgow.

Please remember to look at the West Link/Glasgow South Churches, and noticeboards marked Local Churches, outside the Lounge.
There will be a joint Glasgow South Churches service at 4pm on Sunday 20th February. It will be held here in Giffnock U.R.C.

You are invited to a Burns Supper in St. Margaret’s Church, Newlands, on Friday 4th February at 7pm for 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 or £5 concession.

Remember to renew your subscription to Reform magazine. You do it individually by post or on line.

Remember the Saturday Sales and Coffee Mornings have started again on Saturdays from 10am till noon.

There is still rice available (to help the project in Malawi) at a cost of £2.99 for brown rice and £2.75 for white rice.

• Our minister Lesley Moseley will lead today’s worship.

• Our services for January and February will be held in the small hall, as agreed at the last church meeting. The January Church meeting will take place on Sunday 16th January

• The Ministry to the Church group meet at 7pm on Tuesday 11th January.

• The lunchtime service on Wednesday 12th January at 11.30am will be followed by the return of the Lunchbite at 12.15pm

• The 145th Glasgow Scout Group have produced a fund raising calendar priced £8.00, containing photos of each section within the group.
Order forms are on the table opposite the vestry. Forms and money should be returned to the Scouts “pigeon hole” outside the vestry.

• Over £280 was raised for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice from our Christmas Eve collection. Thank you for your generosity.
